Do I Need an Appointment?
Our door is always open to our families. However, in order to best serve you, we suggest making an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention.
How Much Does a Monument Cost?
We know that budget is important to families. We also know you want the best memorial for your loved one. When you meet with us, we will share the average cost of the type of monument you need. We then take your budget into account and design a monument unique for your loved one.
How Long Does it Take?
The average, in-stock memorial takes about 8-10 weeks to craft. Custom memorials will take longer, depending on the stone and design. Bronze markers take about 10-12 weeks.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
Typically, we require 50% down and the balance upon completion, then we install the memorial or deliver to the cemetery. We know that there are times when money is tight and we offer a free layaway program to ease that burden.
Do You Have a Warranty?
Yes. We will provide you with the specific warranty for your memorial with your contract.
